Over half a century ago, John Botsford and Bob Goodfellow founded a modest 2-man fresh produce brokerage firm. Their goal was to facilitate partnerships between shippers and buyers to make fresh produce from everywhere readily available in the Portland area.

From those humble beginnings, the company has grown significantly, and expanded to include satellite offices in Seattle, WA, and Hermiston, OR. Over the years, the industry has changed and Botsford and Goodfellow has changed along with it. However, the company still thrives on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and clear communication. Coupled with our strong financial stability, these values have earned us the highest ratings from the Produce Blue Book.
